Cancellation Policy

Program Structure & Access The Advocacy Accelerator is an 8-week program delivered through weekly live training sessions held on Mondays at 11:00 AM EST. All sessions will be recorded. Recordings, along with any accompanying materials, will be made available inside the Empowered Parent Network for participants who are unable to attend live or who wish to review the content. Attendance & Participation Expectations Live attendance is strongly encouraged, as sessions include real-time discussion, reflection, and community learning. However, attendance at live sessions is not mandatory. Participants are responsible for watching the recordings if they miss a session and for staying engaged with the material. To receive the full benefit of the program, participants are expected to: - Engage respectfully during live sessions and within the Empowered Parent Network - Complete weekly reflections or workbook activities as assigned - Participate in discussions to the extent they are comfortable - Maintain confidentiality and a supportive, non-judgmental environment for all members Community Conduct The Advocacy Accelerator & Empowered Parent Network are supportive spaces intended for collaboration, learning, and shared experience. Participants agree to follow all posted community guidelines, including maintaining respectful communication and protecting the privacy of other members. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Payment & Commitment The Advocacy Accelerator is paid in full prior to the start of the program. Enrollment represents a commitment to actively participate in the full 8-week experience. Feedback & Program Improvement Participants will be asked to complete a feedback survey at the conclusion of the program. Completion of this survey is strongly encouraged and helps inform ongoing improvements to the program. Program Modifications The program facilitator reserves the right to make adjustments to content, format, or scheduling as needed to enhance participant experience while maintaining the integrity of the program.
