Let Me Introduce Kathryn

Kathryn Metzler is a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist who loves helping children find their voice and communicate with confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nazareth University in Rochester, NY.
Throughout her clinical experience in both school and clinical settings, Kathryn has worked with children and adults with diverse communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, and social communication challenges.
Kathryn believes in making speech therapy engaging, individualized, and meaningful. She incorporates creativity and movement into her sessions to create a fun and supportive environment where children feel empowered to grow their communication skills. Whether working on expressive and receptive language, articulation, or fluency, she tailors her approach to meet each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Beyond the therapy room, Kathryn enjoys painting, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her dog. She often integrates her love of art into therapy sessions, using imaginative activities to keep children motivated and engaged in learning. Kathryn was a college athlete and enjoys watching and playing sports (Go Bills!).
She is committed to fostering strong relationships with her clients and their families to ensure that communication growth extends beyond the therapy setting.
